Raj draws on a wide-ranging background encompassing sales, marketing, software development, corporate growth, and business management. Throughout his career, he has played a central role in developing top-tier tools in alternative investments and cybersecurity.
Formerly Chief Strategy Officer at ACA, Raj oversaw corporate development and M&A, also serving as Interim Co-CEO, Chief Innovation Officer, and Head of RegTech and ESG. He was the founder of Aponix, later ACA's cyber division, a leader in the alternatives sector. Raj's experience includes roles as a quantitative software developer at Kepos Capital, Highbridge, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Columbia University, along with CISSP and CFA credentials.

Prior to joining BlueFlame, he spent seven years at ACA Group, where he held various roles, including leading strategic sales and heading the Cyber and ESG sales division. Henry's business development background extends to positions at Kela, Eze Software Group, and ConvergEx Group. He holds a B.A. in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Justin Guthrie brings two decades of experience servicing the asset management industry across multiple spectrums. Justin has spent the last 19 years at ACA Group and its predecessor companies. Prior to joining ACA, he spent three years in public accounting at EY. While at ACA, Justin oversaw the Performance Services business for 10 years, acquiring 2 key competitors during that time period and driving substantial topline and bottom line growth. Most recently, he led key transformational strategies and integrations across the front and backoffices as COO. Justin holds a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and is a CFA charter holder.

James has over 20 years’ experience working in the alternative investment sector. Most recently, James spent 8 years at ACA Group where he was a Partner in the cybersecurity and privacy division of ACA, for Private Markets solutions as well as their European business. Prior to ACA, James was CTO at Sloane Robinson, a large hedge fund where was responsible for development and infrastructure. He spent 9 years at Morgan Stanley in their technology and Prime Brokerage teams. He holds a BEng and BCom in Engineering and Commerce from the University of Birmingham, UK. He’s a keen cyclist and dreams of racing cars one day. He lives in East Sussex, UK with his wife and 3 children.

Prior to joining BlueFlame, Mike spent 16 years at SS&C Eze, formerly Eze Software Group, in a number of client facing roles managing the largest and most complex global relationships directly, and ultimately leading the Global Customer Success function supporting over a thousand clients and all of the firm's subscription and professional services revenue with direct reports on all five continents. He holds a B.B.A in Finance and Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts.

Mauri Lowery has a decade of experience in executive operations and project management. Prior to her role at BlueFlame, she spent four years at ACA Group as part of the growing executive team and three years at Gartner working with Assurance and Risk Management. Mauri has a M.A. from Georgetown University and is currently living in Boulder, Colorado.

Chris Cox is recently retired as a partner in the international law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and as president of Morgan Lewis Consulting LLC, the firm’s global consulting arm. Over the course of twenty years in the private practice of law, he was a partner in the international law firms of Bingham McCutchen LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP. He also taught federal income tax as a member of the faculty at Harvard Business School.
During a twenty-three year Washington career, he was a White House counsel to President Ronald Reagan, chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, chairman of the Homeland Security Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives, and the fifth-ranking elected leader in the House.
He currently serves as a member of the boards of directors of real estate, sports, and consumer products investor Revitate LLC and technology industry association NetChoice, Inc., and as a Life Trustee of the University of Southern California. Prior boards include ophthalmic lens manufacturer RxSight, Inc.; governance, risk and compliance services provider ACA Group; private equity and investment advisor Starr Investment Holdings; global photonics leader Newport Corporation; health care products and services company Alphaeon (now Evolus and Alphaeon Credit); and governance, risk and compliance firm Thomson Reuters Accelus.

Bill Murphy is a managing partner at Cresting Wave and a Senior Advisor at McKinsey and Co. He previously served as the CTO at Blackstone, where he oversaw the integration of the firm’s technology and was responsible for its strategic technology investment portfolio. Prior To Blackstone, Bill was the founding CTO for Capital IQ, one of the first true SaaS companies, overseeing product design, development infrastructure and technology support.

Genie Cesar-Fabian has practiced law as both outside and in-house counsel in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Following almost a decade as a securities/financial services litigator at AmLaw 100 firms, she transitioned to the role of General Counsel/CCO at a middle market private equity firm, and successfully built its legal and compliance department from the ground up. Following her work in private equity, she served as General Counsel to a tech-enabled asset manager, and laid the foundation for a legal department designed to scale. Ms. Cesar-Fabian has also served as a private equity partner and Head of ESG & Sustainability.
In addition to her legal and financial services work, she presently serves as a subject matter author for Thomson Reuters on topics relating to ESG, and as a founding member of the St. John's School of Law Alumnae Leadership Council.
She has been recognized by N.O.W. as a "Woman of Power and Influence," by Mergers & Acquisitions as a "PE Innovator in ESG" and a "Leader in DEI," and by Crain's NY Business as a "Notable LGBTQ Leader & Executive." Alex Goor has spent 20 years building electronic financial markets. He has held both technical and general management leadership positions across a range of market leading, innovative companies. Mr. Goor began his career as the Chief Strategy Officer of Datek Online Holdings Corporation, where he supervised all business development efforts.
After Datek, Mr. Goor became co-CEO and CIO of Instinet, an institutional agency brokerage servicing the largest global asset managers, where in 17 months he and his team increased the firm's value 6 times. From 2010 to 2015, Alex was the Chief Information Officer of Interactive Data Corporation (IDC), a Silver Lake and Warburg Pincus portfolio company. In 2015, the group sold IDC to ICE/NYSE for $5.3 billion.
Mr. Goor currently is a trustee of Saint Ann’s School in Brooklyn and on the boards of Dealogic, a Carlyle company, and Insurity, a TA Associates and General Atlantic company. He has served as a director on the Board of Directors of BondDesk. He received his Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Mathematics from Columbia University in 1995, Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude.

Prior to Duff and Phelps he was a partner at Abacus Group where he specialized in cybersecurity and disaster recovery for alternative investment firms. Jason's innovation spans finance, technology, and customer service in the financial sector. He holds a BS in finance from Fordham University and is an active member of YPO.

Jordan has spent 10 years working with middle-market and growth-oriented companies. Prior to Kian, Jordan was a Managing Director at Starr Investment Holdings where he was responsible for sourcing, executing and managing middle-market companies with a focus on business services and healthcare services investments. Prior to Starr, he was an investor at Pamplona Capital Management and Great Hill Partners. Jordan started his career in investment banking in positions with Deutsche Bank and Oppenheimer & Co in New York. Jonathan Zhukovsky is the chief technology officer for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, where he is responsible for all aspects of technology infrastructure, application development and cybersecurity.
Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2018, Zhukovsky was an associate partner and CTO at Caxton Associates, a global macro investment firm in New York. Before joining Caxton, Zhukovsky served as a CTO of GMO in Boston. He also held the position of CTO and managing director of Highbridge Capital Management in New York for 10 years.
Zhukovsky studied CS and math at Ben Gurion University in Israel.
Senior Managing Director and General Counsel at Avenue Capital Group
Todd is a Senior Managing Director and GC at Avenue Capital, a $12.5 billion global investment management firm.
In his role, he is responsible for legal matters across the firm’s strategies. Mr. Greenbarg focuses on all areas affecting the firm’s management companies and funds, including structuring new investment products, drafting all constituent documents for the funds and general contract work. Prior to joining Avenue in 2003, Mr. Greenbarg was an Associate in the Investment Funds practice at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he specialized in the formation, structuring and development of private equity funds, institutional funds, hedge funds and other private investment partnerships.
Mr. Greenbarg is currently a board member of StreetWise Partners, a national non-profit mentoring and workforce development program, where he previously served as its Chairperson.
Mr. Greenbarg received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude, with Honors (1997) and a J.D. from New York University School of Law (2000).
